I have over 30 years experience in retail fine jewelry and watch sales, customer service and management. I joined the Bob Richards Jewelers team in 2009. I have sales training certifications from Rolex and Tag Heuer watches. Over the years I have assisted thousands of customers in choosing the “perfect” piece of jewelry, watch or gift. I cherish my relationship with my customers and look forward to being a part of their lives. My goal is to give each customer excellent service during and after the sale.
